Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends) at our Lakeland, FL facility.

The role focuses on ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards through analyses, audits, and meticulous record-keeping. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of QA experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of GMP/SQF, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, and measurement tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches and related materials.
• Evaluate products against current standards by audits of finished product and packaging integrity.
• Maintain accurate, legible records of tests and retests.
• Report all out-of-specification results to leadership.
