Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC in Northwest Houston is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our beverage facility's maintenance function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on reliability, proactive PMs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve equipment uptime and safety.

You will own the preventive maintenance program, deploy MaintainX CMMS, manage a multi-shift team, and drive root-cause analysis with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Ownership of a functional preventive maintenance program.
• Proven ability to lead multi-shift teams and improve reliability.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift team of technicians with coaching and accountability.
• Own and optimize the facility's preventive maintenance program.
• Deploy and manage MaintainX CMMS across work orders and PMs.
• Maintain floor presence during critical production hours and cover gaps.
• Drive root cause analysis with action plans and owners.
• Oversee vendor/contractor relationships from initiation to completion.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and avoid stockouts.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and OSHA compliance in maintenance activities.
• Establish handover protocols for new equipment from capital projects.
