• Technical Expertise: Mechanical & electrical skills, ACDC motor experience, ammonia refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing people, motivating teams, and assigning work effectively
• Preferred: PLC experience, ammonia systems knowledge
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to work in a high-volume, 24/6 environment.
