Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven PM program ownership with measurable reliability improvements.
• CMMS proficiency with work orders, asset tracking, PM scheduling; MaintainX preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Vendor and contractor management experience with performance oversight.
• Clear written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• GMP, HACCP, and OSHA knowledge applied to maintenance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; hands-on experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift maintenance and building tech team with coaching and clear performance expectations.
• Own preventive maintenance program end-to-end with schedules and improvements.
• Deploy MaintainX across all work orders, PM schedules, asset records, and spare parts.
• Maintain floor presence during critical production hours and cover gaps.
• Drive root cause analysis with corrective action plans and owners.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships from initiation to quality verification.
• Maintain spare parts inventory with proactive replenishment.
• Collaborate daily with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, OSHA compliance across maintenance activities.
• Surface equipment risks and operational constraints to leadership before impact.
• Own commissioning handovers for new equipment with engineering.
• Manage maintenance budget: parts procurement, contractor spend, repair vs replace.
• Maintain complete maintenance documentation for auditability.
