Qualifications

• Certifications: ServSafe and RAMP preferred; ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage outlet operations and staff during shift.
• Train and develop Bartenders and Bar Porter staff.
• Ensure beverage quality, costs, and compliance with policies.
• Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and service levels.
• Maintain beverage menus, recipes, and cost controls.
• Enforce company policies and conduct performance reviews.
