• Thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations and presentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Workday or related software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of all beverage outlets for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Review administrative duties of beverage managers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor staffing levels and assist in adjustments according to business needs.
• Assist Food & Beverage Director in budgeting and financial monitoring for the Beverage Department.
• Handle personnel matters including interviewing, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating and counseling.
