Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring an Assistant Beverage Manager for the Montecristo Cigar Bar (Paris Las Vegas). The role oversees daily beverage operations across outlets, directly supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, on-site Las Vegas setting.

The ideal candidate has beverage knowledge, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and preferably 1 year in a cigar lounge, with strong English communication and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Work requires a minimum of 1 year Beverage Supervisory experience
• Work prefers 1 year Cigar Lounge experience.
• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all Beverage personnel and operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all activities and duties follow company policies and goals.
• Properly schedule employees according to customer volumes.
• Resolve customer claims or disputes between subordinates fairly and patiently.
• Identify ways to reduce departmental operating costs without compromising quality.
• Keep the Beverage Manager informed of pertinent information and irregularities.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service is provided to all customers and that staff conduct themselves professionally.
• Interact effectively with all other departments.
