Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a beverage service leader to drive guest and Team Member excitement, providing direction to beverage personnel to achieve optimal results. You will mentor staff, hire and train, and manage par stocks and labor to deliver high-quality service while controlling costs.

The role requires five-plus years in Food & Beverage with two years in supervision, fluent English, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years Food & Beverage experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Fluent English.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills, with emphasis in relationship building.
• Good customer service skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to negotiate with diverse departments.
• Ability to implement strategic visions/plans into day-to-day operations.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and upholds Caesars Entertainment standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively build and retain customer relations; mentor team for superior service.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and supervise personnel; coach for success and development.
• Control cost of product by monitoring par stocks and ensuring drinks prepared per policy.
• Control labor and materials; schedule to maintain high service standards with minimal labor hours.
• Assist in compiling annual budgets.
• Monitor appearance of facilities and service areas; ensure Caesars standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state, federal, and company regulations on alcohol service.
• Address customer complaints promptly to ensure corrections or recovery.
• Demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
