Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage service and operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise assistant managers, ensure compliant alcohol service, manage inventory, pricing, and purchasing, and drive team performance in a high-volume casino resort setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3 years of beverage management experience, and proficiency with MS Office; casino/hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of food or beverage management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beverage Department operations during assigned shift.
• Supervise Assistant Managers and training for staff.
• Ensure safe alcohol service and protect assets.
• Maintain high performance and guest service standards.
