Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Beverage Department Manager to oversee beverage service and operations across shifts. You will supervise Assistant Managers, ensure safe alcohol service, protect assets and maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced resort setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in beverage management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of food/beverage management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume beverage operations desired.
• Experience in casino/hotel environment preferred.
• Must adhere to tribal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Beverage Department operations during assigned shift.
• Monitor service quality and asset protection.
• Oversee bar operations and beverage infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
