Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
• Ensure beverage servers, bartenders, bar porters, bar backs and other outlet staff meet or exceed service standards.
• Monitor labor costs, budgets and inventory; ensure adherence to the budget.
• Maintain health department compliance and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house communications and operations.
