Seminole Classic Casino in Florida seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Director to plan and oversee the entire F&B operation, ensuring top-tier guest service and profitability. You will coach staff, manage menus, and implement cost controls while maintaining standards.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Food & Beverage Management or related field; 3–5 years supervisory restaurant/lounge experience preferred.
• TIPS certification required; basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word; working knowledge of Info Genesis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct overall F&B operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Analyze food and beverage data and manage costs and revenue.
• Lead menu item changes based on product mix and guest feedback.
• Ensure outstanding service for VIP guests and at events.
• Develop operating standards and cost controls; supervise staff training.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and discipline team members; ensure safety compliance.
