Job summary

Seminole Gaming in Florida is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations in a high-end venue. Under the supervision of the Executive Food & Beverage Director, you will ensure the utmost guest service, oversee team performance, and develop innovative service enhancements.

You will drive menu evolution with the chef, craft beverage programs, and implement cost controls to boost profitability while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field required.
Minimum of two years experience as a high end Restaurant Manager or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession required.
Experience supervising professional hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

Manage restaurant operations to ensure the utmost level of guest service and team performance.
Identify business needs and implement solutions to improve operations, reduce costs or generate revenue.
Spearhead menu changes based on product mix reviews and guest feedback in collaboration with the chef.
Develop drink, wine, and specialty menus to stay current with industry trends.
Support the casino by delivering outstanding service to VIP guests and during special events.
Institute cost control procedures, inventories and performance standards; participate in budgeting and forecasting.
