Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks a seasoned leader to coordinate enterprise-wide food and beverage initiatives across multiple properties. You will drive development projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are on-brand, operationally ready, and delivered on schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and push for continuous improvement while exploring innovative concepts and guest-focused enhancements to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, project management, or hospitality development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and execute complex projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with new property openings, brand rollouts, or multi-unit operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional food & beverage initiatives from planning through execution.
• Drive development of enterprise-wide F&B initiatives across properties.
• Align departments to shared timelines, deliverables, and operational goals.
• Oversee openings readiness, training coordination, and systems readiness.
• Manage risk, ensure on-time milestones, and maintain project momentum.
