Circa Las Vegas seeks a Beverage Manager to lead the Beverage department and ensure outstanding guest service while maintaining safety and compliance. You will forecast, plan and manage beverage orders, staff and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

You will schedule and train staff, oversee operations across venues, enforce responsible alcohol service, and guide the team through peak periods with professionalism and a focus on engagement.

Formación

• Must be able to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Knowledge of Fremont Street Experience and property amenities.
• Ability to supervise multiple properties and departments.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; able to obtain required work cards.
• Must comply with all policies, procedures and Gaming Control Board rules.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff and handle hiring decisions.
• Oversee beverage operations and promote service standards.
• Greet guests professionally and engage with them respectfully.
• Interact with Guests and manage escalated situations calmly.
• Collaborate with related departments and manage inventory.
• Lead the team during busy shifts and resolve conflicts.
