Station Casinos in Las Vegas seeks a Beverage Department Supervisor to oversee day-to-day beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and consistent service standards.

You will track product shortages, coordinate equipment needs, manage liquor inventory, assist with interviewing and training new Team Members, and contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and labor-cost control across outlets.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high volume beverage background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating Beverage outlets.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.

Responsabilidades
