Job summary

Bellagio is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager to lead daily beverage operations with a focus on exceptional service, cost control, and staff development. This role requires hands-on management of labor, scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction in a premier Las Vegas resort.

You will mentor beverage employees, coordinate outlet beverage delivery, and provide recommendations to improve operations while ensuring Bellagio’s world-class hospitality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage operations in the Bellagio outlet(s).
• Direct labor management, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure cost-effective service.
• Maintain guest satisfaction aligned with Bellagio’s service standards.
• Provide guidance and coaching to beverage staff to uphold quality and compliance.
• Support operational planning to maximize beverage revenue and guests’ experiences.
