Job summary

ilani, Inc. is seeking a Beverage Department Supervisor in Ridgefield, WA to lead 8–34+ staff per shift and ensure exceptional guest service. You will mentor new hires, enforce alcohol service guidelines, and coordinate schedules to meet business needs.

The role requires 2 years of beverage service experience and strong interpersonal skills. Must pass health and safety measures and be able to lift 50 lbs. Starting wage is $22.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years alcohol beverage server or bartender experience in a high-volume environment (casino preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster a supportive team.
• Ability to work varied shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service and maintains a positive culture aligned with ilani values.
• Facilitates introductory training and mentorship for new hires; oversees staff schedules.
• Directs Leads and Trainers to ensure top-quality guest service and alcohol service compliance.
• Maintains inventory and asset management for beverage products; conducts evaluations as required.
• Participates in monthly planning meetings and supports special events scheduling for beverage staff.
