Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or recognized equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Candidate must be 21+ years old.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work nights and weekends.
• Standing position requiring bending and lifting up to 25 lbs; able to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior customer service.
• Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture per Spirit of Talìcn and ilani Core Values.
• Serves alcoholic and other beverages to guests in bars, lounges and other areas.
• Complies with state liquor laws, ID checks, intoxication monitoring, intervention, refusal of service, and shutoff procedures.
• Sets up and breaks down the assigned bar per department policies.
• Uses POS terminal and performs cashiering functions.
• Handles all payment methods.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
