Job summary

Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel in Worley, Idaho seeks a Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee daily beverage operations across Night Hawk, Wolf Den, Twisted Earth, Events bars, and Gaming Floor services. You will work with the Beverage Manager to uphold policies and standards, supervise training, and ensure compliant service of alcohol to guests.

The role requires bartending and management experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of mixology.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience required.
• Two years of management experience required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Tips Card or Alcohol ServSafe Certificate preferred.
• ServSafe Food certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of mixology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venues by organizing training, directing staff, and evaluating performance.
• Check IDs for guests under 30 and enforce liquor laws.
• Oversee staff when managers are off duty and monitor incidents.
• Maintain itemized par levels and monthly inventory counts.
• Create and update cocktails menus with lead bartenders.
• Ensure timely service and handle customer complaints appropriately.
• Schedule staffing and adjust shifts per business needs.
• Accurately process tickets in the POS system and keep areas clean.
