Job summary

Hagadone Marine Group is seeking a Beverage Inventory & Stock Specialist to support beverage operations across bars, liquor rooms, and storage areas on Lake Coeur d'Alene and related venues. The role focuses on organized, stocked, and clean inventory, with responsibility for FIFO rotation, timely replenishment, and safe, sanitary storage.

Qualifications

• Maintain organized beverage inventory and storage areas.
• Support bar operations by ensuring products and supplies are available.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO to minimize waste.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and organizational standards.
• Work with management and bar staff to ensure service readiness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock beverage inventory and operating supplies.
• Replenish liquor bottles and beverage inventory at all bar locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and deliveries.
• Report damaged products or shortages.
