Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort & Hotel in Worley, ID seeks a Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee daily beverage operations across Night Hawk, Wolf Den, Twisted Earth, Events bars, and gaming floor services. This role partners with the Beverage Manager to uphold alcohol policies, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliant, high-quality service.

The ideal candidate brings two years of bartending and two years of management experience, strong mixology skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of bartending experience required and two years of management experience.
• Previous customer service experience required and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Tips Card or Alcohol ServSafe Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise venues by training staff, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Check IDs and enforce liquor laws for guests under 30.
• Oversee F&B staff when other managers are off duty.
• Maintain par levels, count inventory monthly, and order product.
• Monitor guest intoxication and discontinue service as needed.
• Handle complaints and report incidents to management.
• Schedule staff per shift according to business needs.
• Collaborate on cocktails menus with managers and lead bartenders.
• Educate staff to upsell and promote products.
• Execute events and promotions to boost revenue and traffic.
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe; maintain POS accuracy.
• Assist servers and bar staff for timely service.
