Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operation of all beverage service areas and team members, while enforcing policy, health and safety standards and gaming regulations.

You will hire and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, analyze financial reports, drive guest service excellence, and ensure budgeted expenses stay within guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food/beverage outlet, hotel or casino setting.
• Must obtain and maintain a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily beverage service operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming laws and casino policies.
• Hire staff, conduct interviews and support management.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling and training; manage performance and attendance.
• Analyze financial reports and apply insights to improve operations.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure budgeted expenses are followed and service standards met.
