Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a Beverage Shift Lead Associate to assist bartenders, keep the bar areas stocked, clean, and compliant with laws and regulations. You will help provide friendly service, uphold sanitation standards, and ensure accurate POS transactions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment while maintaining a professional appearance and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain current TABC certification.
Experience in bartending or food & beverage service preferred.
Must understand and accept risks involved with this position.
In-depth wine and alcohol beverage knowledge preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders by keeping the beverage area stocked, clean, and organized.
Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies.
Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and professional appearance at all times.
Greet guests, use names, remember preferences, and promote return visits.
Record all sales accurately in the POS system and handle funds for sold products.
