Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a hands-on Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily beverage service, lead a team, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and sanitation while enforcing state liquor regulations and gaming agency controls.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to brand standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified.
Three years of related beverage/food service experience.
Knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures.
Ability to read financial data and perform basic arithmetic.
Ability to operate POS systems and understand licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversees beverage service and ensures guest satisfaction with orders delivered in a timely manner.
Motivates and retains employees while managing beverage operations within policy and budget constraints.
Monitors sanitation and maintenance of outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
Schedules hourly team members and ensures compliance with state liquor regulations and gaming agency controls.
Maintains safety procedures and adheres to brand/operating standards.
Demonstrates professionalism and upholds company values with appropriate guest compliments.
