Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is looking for Order Replenishment Merchandisers to keep our beverages on display and available to customers. The role requires daily work on a Thursday–Monday shift (3pm–11:30pm) and a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities include building displays, POS advertising, shelf maintenance, inventory oversight, and coordinating orders on routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
