Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and merchandize shelves, set up displays, and manage cooler rotations. You will support promotions, maintain clean backrooms, and ensure products are available for delivery and sale.

A strong customer focus and physical stamina are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; may be substituted with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors per PBV standards.
• Sell and execute promotions.
• Create and use point-of-sale signage.
• Develop good customer relations and service customers as scheduled.
• Order product and/or process invoices; rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
