Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage cooler stock. You will also handle backroom organization and support delivery orders, contributing to in-store promotions and customer satisfaction.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment. PBV driving qualifications and flexible hours are necessary.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may count in lieu of diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) needed.
• Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor.
• Fast-paced, ever-changing environment experience preferred.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and work hours as needed.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail required.
• Team player with good follow-up skills.
• Customer-oriented and focused approach required.

Mansioni

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendor areas per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Serves all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage in order; rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
