Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move products from backroom to sales floor across our diverse geographic regions.

You will execute promotions, create POS signage, and develop strong customer relations while maintaining backroom organization in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with the ability to perform heavy physical labor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork; works in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves; rotates stock.
• Sells and executes promotions; creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations and serves all customers.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices; keeps backroom organized and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
