Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, stock coolers, organize backroom areas, and move products to the sales floor. You will accurately order products for the next delivery and support store operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable execution of promotions, and maintaining PBV standards. A valid driver's license, physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible schedule are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Must be customer-oriented and focused.

Responsabilités

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
