Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate stock, and manage backroom organization. The role includes accurately ordering products for the next delivery and supporting promotions at retail locations.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced environment. PBV values teamwork and customer focus across our market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors according to PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
