Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move products from backroom to sales floor. You will accurately order product for the next delivery and support backroom organization.

The role emphasizes customer relations, promotions, POS signage, and maintaining clean backrooms in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Willing to work hours necessary to complete tasks.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Customer-oriented and focused.

Responsabilidades

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion; rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
