Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in NC seeks a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set displays, rotate products, and manage backroom organization while executing promotions and ensuring POS signage. You’ll build strong customer relations, support deliveries, and keep backrooms clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may substitute for education.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Capable of heavy physical labor and long hours.
• Fast-paced, changing environment adaptability.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Flexible hours to complete tasks.
• Self-starter with good follow-up and team orientation.
• Customer-oriented and focused.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
