Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in North Carolina. The role involves stocking shelves, organizing displays, rotating products, cooler stocking, and moving products from backroom to sales floor.

You will also place orders for the next delivery and support in-store promotions. Responsibilities include maintaining backroom organization, creating POS signage, and building strong customer relations while ensuring daily tasks and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division).
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations and services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage.
• Other duties as assigned.
