Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser/delivery associate to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and retail outlets throughout Orange County. You will travel with your own vehicle, working 4am–6am starts, 8–12 hour days, and mileage reimbursements.

Responsibilities include stocking, displaying, route routing, and documenting execution with photos, plus maintaining backstock and participating in training programs for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements

• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek

• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
