Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser in California to stock, rotate, and display products at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes. You will travel in your personal vehicle, operate pallet jacks as needed, and ensure accuracy using company systems.

The role starts at $24 per hour with overtime potential, mileage and monthly car reimbursements, and a schedule of five days per week including weekends, with early start times between 4am and 6am.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable personal automobile, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Carry out other projects or duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements

• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek

• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day

• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
