Job summary

The Wonderful Company in California seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for their Beverage department. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing daily maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing. A high school diploma is required, with technical education strongly preferred. The position offers a pay range of $90,000 - $110,000, plus a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet and deal tactfully with fellow employees and vendors.
• Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain various systems.
• Understanding of sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance across aseptic processing and filling areas.
• Participate in daily downtime reviews.
• Ensure training on safety programs is completed.
