Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time sales support professional in the United States, Illinois region, to generate new and repeat sales, provide product information, and support customers with orders and service requests.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, up-selling, and educating customers about products to improve sales and satisfaction. Benefits are included and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 0–2 years related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of sales work experience, or 6 months of beverage sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
• Increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and promotional items.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend products and quantities.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns.
• Educate customers about products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Setup and maintain electronic customer files.
• Other duties as assigned.
