Job summary

Hanover Consumer Coop Society is seeking an attentive team member to provide high-level customer service, stock shelves, and support daily department operations in our Lebanon, NH location. You will rotate stock, maintain product knowledge, and assist Supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities include front-end support, phone screening, process improvements, and adhering to food safety and co-op standards. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with retail Point of Sale systems is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock assigned product areas and maintain shelf space.
• Process customer purchases accurately at front end.
• Assist in daily department operations and trainings.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in departments.
• Answer phones promptly and transfer calls.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings.
