Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a motivated Merchandiser to support our beverage business across Baltimore City and County. This hands-on, field-based role maintains strong relationships with retail accounts and ensures products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for success.

Schedule: Monday in office; Tuesday-Friday in the field. Territory includes Baltimore City & County with 40+ retail locations. Pay is $20/hour and includes a company van, iPhone, iPad, and fuel expenses.

Qualifications

• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends and lift 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets.
• Build rapport with key account relationships and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol product safely and responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
