Job summary

Breakthru Beverage is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to service a defined account universe in the Hartford area. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to follow house and supplier guidelines, maintaining POS materials and organizing stock.

The role involves building displays, stocking shelves, coordinating resets with store personnel, and ensuring accurate paperwork. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to obtain Solicitor’s Permit where required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains supplier POS and merchandising inventory.
• Installs and builds displays with customers and sales management.
• Maximizes pull through of products by stocking shelves and displays.
• Executes resets (cold box, shelf, back bar) with customers.
• Processes orders to draft department and files required paperwork.
• Maintains pitch book with photos of displays and merchandising.
• Participates in sales meetings and recaps with supervisor.
• Assists in meetings/events by coordinating merchandising requirements.
