Job summary

Nutrabolt Corp is seeking a Field Execution Manager for the Beverage portfolio, focused on San Diego and surrounding markets. You will lead distributor relationships, optimize in-store placements, and drive fair execution of promotions to grow the brand footprint.

Qualifications

3–10 years in sales, field execution, distributor management or similar in beverage, FMCG or CPG industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency with Excel, PPT, and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular sales calls with local and regional retail field management personnel.
Negotiate and secure increased in-store execution during promotions; including shelf space and display execution.
Collaborate with commercial marketing to ensure world-class execution of retail activations.
Review monthly distributor performance metrics and develop actionable plans.
Work with district managers to establish in-store execution standards.
Train distributor sales teams on brand positioning and product knowledge.
