Qualifications

• Strong commercial strategy experience in CPG/beverages.
• Ability to forecast, build briefs, and manage timelines across teams.
• Experience interpreting syndicated data to drive business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial innovation recommendations on formats and pack sizes across Energy and Pop.
• Manage the beverage innovation calendar, briefs, timelines, and channel nuances.
• Represent Bloom at stage gates and cross-functional meetings with brand, ops, sales.
