Qualifications

• 4–5 years in CPG required (minimum 2 years at manager level).
• Experience with sales partners and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and able to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial innovation recommendations across Energy and Pop formats.
• Manage the beverage innovation calendar, inputs, timelines, and channel nuances.
• Collaborate with brand, ops, sales and other stakeholders on milestones.
