Job summary

REV Copack, based in Pittston, PA, seeks a highly organized Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager to coordinate customer demand, production scheduling, material readiness, and inventory across its beverage co-packing operation. You will be the central link between customers, Sales, Operations, Quality, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, and leadership.

The role translates forecasts, BOMs, and inbound material information into realistic production plans, considering labor, line capacity,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or related function.
Demonstrated ownership of a production schedule in a multi-line, multi-customer environment.
Strong understanding of inventory control, material planning, production capacity, and scheduling.
Strong Excel skills and ability to build planning models.
Experience communicating operational commitments to customers and managing renewals.
Comfort with WMS/ERP systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and longer-range production schedules.
Coordinate demand, orders, and production planning across multiple accounts.
Identify material shortages, BOM discrepancies, and supply-chain risks before they interrupt production.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
Lead planning meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support onboarding of new programs and customers.
