Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage or food preferred).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in cold, hot, or fast-paced production and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain automated production equipment, including bottling and packaging machinery.
• Ensure production efficiency and maintain strict safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
• Document and report equipment or process deviations and safety issues.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure line continuity.
• Participate in shift meetings and provide operational updates to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, GMPs, PPE, and hazard reporting.
