Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to manage materials POs, delivery tracking, and production planning based on demand.

You will balance safety stock and plant efficiency while coordinating stock transfers for shipped but not produced products. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, 5 years in manufacturing, and SAP experience; familiarity with MRP, BW, and Power BI is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years SAP experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• APICs Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• MRP—Learn Refresco MRP, what it means and how it’s used.
• Line Scheduling—Assist in basic line scheduling and understanding system-recommended orders.
• Material Ordering—Assess BOMs, material master data, and PRRs; learn how to place PO/Pull materials.
• Leadtime—Understand order cycle times and impact on production scheduling.
• Production Attainment—Learn run rates and attend operations meetings.
• Optimal DOS—Understand days of supply and target goals.
• Safety Stock—Follow current safety stock settings and strategy.
• BOM/Master Data—Review and maintain BOM and master data accuracy.
• Item Changes/New Product Launches—Learn ACE and related docs.
• Operations Collaboration—Know operations counterparts in plant.
• STOs and LT—Process transfers and placement timing.
• Production Planning Escalation—Build new support relationships.
• Reporting—Compile and analyze basic data for reporting.
• Process Creation—Identify current processes and best practices.
