Troon Golf, LLC is seeking a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant for the New Berlin Hills Golf Course in New Berlin, WI. This seasonal position runs roughly April–October (6 months). Candidates must be at least 18 to serve alcohol and may have prior experience, though it is not required.

The role involves stocking and maintaining the beverage cart, delivering food and drinks on the course, handling cash and POS transactions, and ensuring excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Confirms the beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stocks and cleans the beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course.
• Responds to customer questions regarding general facility information.
• Reviews schedules for changes, calendar of events, and club activities daily.
• Maintains accountability for all checks and cash transactions.
• Utilizes the POS system and creates daily sales reports.
• Communicates guest concerns to Director of Food and Beverage and the Chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

New Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Schedule:

Must be available for the full golf season (approximately April–October).

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirms the beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.


• Stocks and cleans the beverage cart throughout the day.


• Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.


• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.


• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.


• Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course.


• Responds to customer questions regarding general facility information.


• Reviews schedules for changes, calendar of events, and club activities on a daily basis.


• Maintains accountability for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume.


• Utilizes the Point-of-Sale system (POS) and creates daily sales reports.


• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Chef.


• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.


• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.


• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.


• Experience preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Certificates/Licenses:

• Valid driver's license required.


• Valid New Berlin or Wisconsin bartender license required, or the ability to obtain one.

Must be able to work in a wide range of weather conditions, including warm, cold, wet, and dry.
