Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Richmond, VA is hiring an in-market sales role to execute the MABI portfolio plans through wholesalers and distributors, manage retailer execution, and report market conditions. You will travel, build relationships with distributor staff, monitor performance using the MABIlity tool, and support in-market activations and item launches.

Bachelor’s degree required with 0–2 years of experience; compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus, health benefits, 401(k), and

• Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting, analysis, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) and ability to present.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• In market work: 4.5 days per week with DM level influencers at distributors.
• Execute all aspects of sales plan with wholesaler network and manage brand plans.
• Track and report market conditions using MABIlity tool.
• Provide weekly retail/market recap and performance feedback.
• Coordinate in-market execution and launches with distributors and teams.
• Ensure brand execution at market level including pricing, shelf and display placement.
