Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Blending Technician in Greendale, IN. You will be part of the Production/Blending area supporting the operations team, ensuring blends meet specifications and production runs smoothly.

The role requires experience in a high-speed beverage environment, training in SAP/GMP/HACCP, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong math skills for measurements. English communications and forklift certification are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, and Hygiene.
• Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs and perform duties in a high-stress environment.
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and formulas; understanding of production schedules.
• Effective communication skills (English) and ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE.
• Support quality requirements by complying with FDA/state regulations and HACCP.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and manage SAP/inventory control.
• Prepare blended product for bottling per batching sheets and supply the line.
• Maintain sanitation of batching/blending areas and perform CIP/COP sanitation.
